We met the Lyle and Sandy dynamic team back in 2014 when selling my Mother's home. We were in the real estate market during a buyers market and had listed our townhome in North Delta, but selling our townhome seemed a bigger task than we could have anticipated. We were working with another agent, from another big name company and while we did get some showings, nothing resulted in an offer. This went on for numerous months and we were becoming increasingly frustrated. We didn’t believe we would be able to sell. It was at this time that we took the home off the market for our own sanity.
Months later we were ready to give the market another try, after a relative suggested we contact Lyle and Sandy Longridge. He had been quite impressed with their second to none, seamless service and mentioned they had gone above and beyond his own expectations. Most importantly, their commission is significantly lower compared to any or most other brokerages. The idea of paying considerably less on the sale of our property understandably appealed to us and so we contacted Longridge Real Estate. We liked Lyle the first time we spoke with him on the phone. When we met with Lyle and Sandy at our home, they stayed for an extended period of time showing comparisons of townhomes we were competing against, as well as educating us on how the market was trending at the time. They explained to us the common pitfalls to avoid in selling a property that would inadvertently increase delays and inevitably more dollars off the list price.
